Withdraw from the contract

On this page you can withdraw from a purchase made on this site, when the right of withdrawal applies.

When it applies

  • Within 14 days of your purchase, even if you have already downloaded the files.
  • The only exception is if, before paying, you expressly asked for immediate delivery of the files and gave up the right of withdrawal. In that case, your order email confirmed it (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(o)).
  • The legal guarantee is separate and always applies: if a file is missing, damaged or won’t open, write to hello@hollowharvestrpg.com and we replace it or refund you.

By sending this form I give notice that I withdraw from my purchase contract for the order above.

If the right of withdrawal applies, we refund you within 14 days of your statement, using the same payment method, at no cost.
