Terms of service
Terms of sale · version of 27 September 2026
1. Who sells
The products on this site (hollowharvestrpg.com) are sold by Samuel De Biasi, a private individual, Via Gioacchino Rossini 21B, 33041 Aiello del Friuli (UD), Italy. Email: hello@hollowharvestrpg.com · phone: +39 351 757 9598. Below: “we” or “the seller”.
2. What these terms cover
They govern purchases made on this site. The rules written to protect consumers apply to anyone buying as a consumer, that is, for purposes outside their trade or profession. To buy you must be at least 18, or have a parent’s permission.
Before you order you can read, save and print these terms. The terms published at the moment you place your order are the ones that apply.
3. The products
- They are digital content to download: PDF files, PNG and WebP images, MP3 audio. Nothing is shipped.
- What each product contains (ebooks, pages, maps, plates, sounds, languages) is described on its page at the time of purchase. The Hollow Harvest includes the ebooks in English, Italian and German; The Hollow Year is in Italian.
- To use them you need a device with a PDF reader, an image viewer and an audio player, like the ones already on computers, tablets and phones. To download them you need an internet connection and a browser that opens Google Drive. The battlemaps also work in the most common virtual tabletops (for example Foundry VTT, Roll20, Owlbear Rodeo). The files carry no copy protection (DRM).
- The products are compatible with the fifth edition of the world’s most popular roleplaying game. They are independent works, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are the ones shown on the site when you order, in the currency shown (euro, or US dollars if you buy from the United States). They are final prices: no taxes or delivery costs are added at payment.
- A “launch price” applies until the date shown; the price announced for afterwards is the price the product will really have from that date.
- Discount codes work on the conditions stated with the code (for example: once per customer, only on certain products, not combined with other discounts). The dice game on the homepage reveals codes of up to 10%.
- You pay when you order, with the methods offered at checkout: credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. Payments are handled by Shopify and the respective providers; we never see or store your full card details.
5. How the contract is made
- Choose the product and tap the buy button.
- At the Shopify checkout you enter your email, billing and payment details. Up to the last step you can check and correct everything, or go back.
- You confirm with the “Pay now” button, which means you are committing to pay.
- The contract is made when the payment goes through. Straight after, we email you the order confirmation, with a summary, the link to your files and the main information from these terms.
The contract is made in the language of the site you are using (English, Italian or German). Your order stays recorded in our Shopify store: you can find it through the “View your order” link in the confirmation email. We do not subscribe to any code of conduct.
6. Delivery
The confirmation email usually reaches the address you gave within a few minutes of payment, with the link to your files (a PDF guide leading to the Google Drive folder). If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to us and we will send it again. The link does not expire, but we recommend downloading the files and keeping a copy. The details are on the Delivery page.
7. Right of withdrawal
- You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of making it, without giving any reason, even if you have already downloaded the files. We refund you in full within 14 days, using the same payment method, at no cost.
- You can do it from the Withdraw from the contract page, or with any clear statement sent by email or post to the details in section 1.
- There is no right of withdrawal only if, before paying, you expressly asked to receive the files right away, acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal that way, and we confirmed it to you by email (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(o)). If that happened, it is written in your order email.
The full procedure, with the model form, is on the Withdrawal and refunds page.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
Digital content is covered by the legal guarantee in articles 135-octies and following of the Italian Consumer Code: we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists when the content is supplied and becomes apparent within two years. In practice, if a file is missing, damaged, won’t open or does not match its description, write to us: we replace or fix it free of charge within a reasonable time; if that is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. The legal guarantee does not depend on the right of withdrawal and still applies when there is no right of withdrawal.
If we publish corrected versions of the files (for example to fix a typo), you will find them at the same link, free of charge.
9. Licence
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files at your table, in person or online: you may read them, print them and show them to the players of your games, including in your virtual tabletop. You may not resell, publish or share them (or the link) with anyone who has not bought them, nor use them to train artificial intelligence systems. Texts, illustrations, maps and sounds are protected by copyright.
10. Support, complaints and disputes
- For questions or complaints write to hello@hollowharvestrpg.com or to the postal address in section 1: we usually reply within two working days.
- If a complaint is not resolved, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body listed under art. 141-decies of the Italian Consumer Code. We have not signed up to any particular ADR body and are not required to: if it comes to that, we will tell you whether we take part in the procedure. If you live in another EU country, you can ask the European Consumer Centre of your country for free help (ECC-Net).
- The contract is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. For disputes with a consumer resident in Italy, the court of the place where the consumer lives has jurisdiction (Italian Consumer Code, art. 66-bis).
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
11. Personal data
How we handle your data, including cookies, is explained in our privacy and cookie policy.
