Withdrawal, refunds and guarantee · version of 27 September 2026

In short

  • You have 14 days to change your mind: you can withdraw from your purchase even after downloading the files, and we refund you in full.
  • If a file is missing, damaged or won’t open, we replace it or refund you even after the 14 days: that is the legal guarantee, and it lasts two years.

1. The right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day of purchase, without giving any reason and at no cost, even if you have already downloaded the files. It is enough to send us your statement before the 14 days are over.

How to do it

  • From the Withdraw from the contract page: tap “Withdraw from the contract here”, enter your name, email and order number, then tap “Confirm withdrawal”;
  • or by email to hello@hollowharvestrpg.com (replying to your order email is fine too), or by letter to Samuel De Biasi, Via Gioacchino Rossini 21B, 33041 Aiello del Friuli (UD), Italy. You can use the form below, but you do not have to: any clear statement will do.

We will email you, without delay, an acknowledgement of receipt of your statement, with its text and the date and time we received it.

The refund

We refund everything you paid within 14 days of the day we receive your statement, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly ask for a different one. The refund costs you nothing. After withdrawing, we ask you to delete the files you received.

2. When there is no right of withdrawal

For downloaded digital content there is no right of withdrawal only if three things are all true (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(o)): before paying, you expressly asked to receive the files right away, you acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal that way, and we confirmed it to you by email. If that happened, it is written in your order email; otherwise the right of withdrawal is yours.

3. Legal guarantee of conformity

The files must be as we described them and must work. We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists when the content is supplied and becomes apparent within two years (Italian Consumer Code, articles 135-octies and following).

  • If a file is missing, damaged, won’t open or does not match its description, write to hello@hollowharvestrpg.com with your order number.
  • We replace or fix it free of charge, within a reasonable time and without inconvenience to you.
  • If we cannot, or if the defect is serious, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

4. Anything else

If something is not right, even outside these cases, write to us: we look at every request and usually reply within two working days.
