What arrives, and how

• We only sell digital products. Nothing is shipped: no delivery costs, no customs, no waiting.
• As soon as your payment goes through, we send the order confirmation to the email address you gave at checkout, with the link to your files: a PDF guide leading to the Google Drive folder with the whole product. From the folder you can download everything in a single archive.
• The email usually arrives within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to hello@hollowharvestrpg.com and we will send it again.
• If you typed the wrong email address, write to us from the right one with your order number.
• The link does not expire. We still recommend downloading the files and keeping a copy.

Where we sell

The site sells worldwide, except in countries under international sanctions where Shopify does not allow sales. Outside the United States prices are in euro; in the United States, in US dollars.

Formats and requirements

PDF files, PNG and WebP images, MP3 audio. The programs already on computers, tablets and phones are enough to open them; to download them you need an internet connection and a browser that opens Google Drive. What each product contains is described on its page.
